Scratch Canvas is made to be used. Light, normal scratching during a genuine trial is okay. To qualify for a return, the product must still be complete, reasonably clean, and in returnable condition.

• Return all included components.
• Light trial use is acceptable.
• We may decline a return for heavy staining, contamination, missing parts, alteration, misuse, or excessive wear or damage beyond what is reasonable for a short trial.

We use reasonable, objective standards when reviewing return condition.

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method after we receive and inspect the return. If you paid a separate original shipping charge, that charge is not refundable on a preference return. Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the refund.

Scratch panels are designed to be scratched. Ordinary fiber wear, surface wear, and gradual deterioration from normal use are not product defects. We do not promise a specific service life because wear varies by cat and use.
