Set the assembled Scratch Canvas flat on a sturdy, level floor.

Keep it flat if they like it, or try a stable easel angle later.

Our story
Made for Honey and Theo first.
We designed the first Scratch Canvas as a Christmas gift for our rescued littermates. We wanted a scratcher they would enjoy using and we would be happy to live with. What began as something uniquely theirs became something we wanted to share with other cats and the people who love them.

How big is Scratch Canvas?
The scratch panel is 16 in W × 12 in H (approximately 40.6 × 30.5 cm). With the wooden easel at the angle shown, the setup is approximately 17.3 in W × 12.8 in D × 11.6 in H (44 × 32.5 × 29.5 cm). The easel is adjustable, so its depth and height change with the angle.

Does Scratch Canvas require assembly?
No. The scratch panel arrives installed on the wooden easel. Set it flat on a sturdy, level floor to start. If you want an angle later, open the adjustable base and make sure the rear support is seated securely.
Do replacement panels include the easel?
No. Panel only. Easel not included. Replacement panels are made for people who already own the wooden easel, in the same Tiger and Koi designs.
How should I place and use it safely?
Place the easel on a stable, level surface, either flat or at an angle with the rear support fully seated. Use with supervision at first, and remove any product from use if it becomes damaged, unstable, or unsafe.
